Record cold in Mexico. Food prices to soar. Civil disorder next?

It happened again, this time in Mexico.
The City of Ciudad Juarez hit Zero degree Fahrenheit, a new all time low for the month of February. Freezing temperatures across a wide swath of the northern states the night of Feb. 3-4 have made a big impact in available fresh produce. Expect the effects to be felt in your supermarket any day now, the wholesale price of tomatoes has already more than doubled. It is also estimated that 20% of the corn crop is affected.

The deep freeze that happened way south of the border
will lead to a food shortage of highest order.
More CO2 please,
Regulations to cease
For freezes like this can cause civil disorder.
